Return Policy:
Paper Puppy is more than happy to accept returns, received back to us within 14 days in good condition. If product packaging is damaged, we will issue partial credit.
Shipping back to us is on your dime. We cannot be responsible for return shipping costs.

Payment Policy:
Paper Puppy accepts all major credit cards. If you require other terms, please e-mail us at paperpuppy@kc.rr.com to make arrangements.
Preorder Policy - Paper Puppy will order for you colors & styles available but not stocked for 1/2 down. As soon as products arrives we will invoice you for the remainder. Products can take from a week to a month to get. Please contact us for lead times and questions. We want you to have the color and style you want but also we are trying to keep our inventory to a moderate level.
Shipping Policy:
Paper Puppy will do our best to ensure all packages are shipped within three (3) business days. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you as quickly as possible.
We use a variety of shipping methods to ensure the most affordable rates. If you would like to request a specific shipping company please notify us, and we will do our best to accomodate.
Paper Puppy ships worldwide. We also can ship First Class International, up to 4lbs. It saves money but does not permit tracking or insurance - buyer beware. If you would like that service, email paperpuppy@kc.rr.com for rates and we will invoice you for order directly.
